Local painters
Painting in North Bondi
As painters in North Bondi, most of our work is in Interwar and post-war apartment blocks, Federation and Californian bungalows, and the contemporary homes that have replaced many of them.
The streets climb steeply from the north end of the beach to the Ben Buckler headland, and homes on the exposed side take ocean wind and salt directly. Those exteriors are washed, rust-treated and coated in a system made for coastal sites.
A lot of North Bondi is strata. Exterior and common-area work is quoted by area for the committee, and apartment interiors are booked around the building's lift, stairs and hours.
Every quote is done on site with one fixed price in writing. We also work in Bondi Beach, Bondi, Dover Heights and Rose Bay.

North Bondi homes and what they need
The conditions
Steep streets rising to the Ben Buckler headland, ocean wind and salt on the exposed side, and a lot of strata.
What it means for painting
Exposed walls get a full salt wash, rust treatment on steel and coastal-rated coatings. Strata jobs are quoted by area for the committee, and access on the steep blocks is planned at the quote.

Mosi and his team did a fantastic job repainting our unit. They were totally professional, courteous and very well priced.
These guys are total professionals and could not recommend them more highly.
Mo and his team were great at painting our house. His pricing was competitive and he started/finished as programmed.
He was able to start with reasonably short notice and willing to do extras that he saw necessary to do a quality job.
He left the site clean and tidy and has made a real difference to the overall appeal of the house.
Will look to Mo again when we need a painter.
I had an amazing experience with Mosi. Their team was professional, punctual, and did a fantastic job. The attention to detail and quality of work exceeded my expectations. My home looks brand new! I highly recommend them for anyone looking for top-quality painting services.

FAQ
Questions from North Bondi homeowners
Yes. We inspect the building with the strata manager, quote each area and the access equipment separately, and stage the work around residents.
With proper preparation: a full salt wash, rust treatment on steel balustrades and fixings, repaired render, and a top coat made for coastal sites.
Yes. They usually have face brick, timber windows and deep eaves. Timber is sanded and primed, eaves are cleaned and repainted, and we talk through whether painting the brick is worth it.
Yes. Access equipment is chosen for each side of the house at the quote and listed as its own line.
A single-storey house usually takes four to seven working days, and a two-storey home one to two weeks. Wind and rain move the dates but not the price.
Every job is priced on site. As a rough guide, a full exterior starts from $4,000 and a three-bedroom interior from $5,000. The quote is free and the price is fixed.
